How to Manage Conversations and Replies in LeadArivo
Keep customer conversations connected to the lead journey and quickly see which conversations still need a response.
Conversations stay attached to the customer and the lead. A reply should not start a separate trail.
What you'll do
- Open Conversations and use the filters on the screen.
- Review the customer and lead context.
- Reply where the conversation allows it.
- Leave human work visible in Needs Attention.
01Open Conversations
Open Conversations from the main workspace.
02Use the filters you see
Use the filters on this screen. You may see channels such as WhatsApp, website or email, and states such as needs a reply.
If a filter is not on your screen, skip it.
03Open a conversation
Select the conversation you want to review.
04Review the customer context
Look at the connected customer, the lead source and the other lead context on the screen.
05Reply where you can
Use the reply controls in the conversation.
06Read any reply help before you send
If the conversation offers help with a reply, read it first.
That help does not send the message for you, and it does not take actions outside this conversation.
07Respect channel rules
WhatsApp and other channels can have their own reply windows, templates and limits.
LeadArivo does not bypass those provider rules.
08Use Needs Attention when a person must act
When someone still has to do something, that work can appear in Needs Attention.
How to know it worked
The conversation stays connected to the customer and the lead, and any reply or manual action that is still required stays visible.
