How to Connect WhatsApp to LeadArivo
Connect WhatsApp so incoming enquiries can become part of your LeadArivo lead and conversation workflow.
Connecting WhatsApp lets supported incoming WhatsApp enquiries become part of your LeadArivo conversation and lead workflow.
What you'll do
- Open Lead Source Setup.
- Choose WhatsApp.
- Finish the connection LeadArivo shows.
- Confirm a test enquiry appears in Conversations.
01Open Lead Source Setup
Open Lead Source Setup.
02Choose WhatsApp
Select the WhatsApp source.
03Finish the official connection
Follow the connection process LeadArivo shows.
Use the authorization flow on the screen. Do not type an account password into a note, a form field or a chat.
04Confirm the connection
Check that WhatsApp is shown as connected or configured.
05Send a safe test message
Send a test enquiry from WhatsApp. Use demo wording, not a real customer message.
06Open Conversations
Open the incoming conversation.
The WhatsApp source should stay attached to that customer and lead context.
07Review the related lead
When the enquiry is a real lead, LeadArivo can connect the conversation to that lead’s journey.
