Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Two separate benefits

LeadArivo offers two distinct commercial benefits. They are not the same promise and are not combined into a single “trial/refund” period.

• 14-Day Free Trial — try LeadArivo free for 14 consecutive calendar days after the trial account is activated.
• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee — if you purchase your first paid subscription and decide it is not right for you, request a refund within 14 calendar days of the first successful paid subscription charge. No reason required.

14-Day Free Trial

Try LeadArivo free for 14 days. The trial begins when the trial account is activated. Website trial enquiries help us confirm setup; they are not themselves a paid order and do not start automatic billing.

Trial features depend on configuration. A trial does not guarantee every integration. Trial use remains subject to the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase your first paid LeadArivo subscription and decide it is not right for you, request a refund within 14 calendar days of the first successful paid subscription charge. No questions asked.

“No questions asked” means we do not require a reason, sales interview, retention call or written justification to process an otherwise eligible refund.

• The guarantee applies to the customer’s first paid LeadArivo subscription purchase only.
• The request must be made within 14 calendar days of that first successful paid charge.
• Submit the request through the Support Center if you have access, or by emailing info@LeadArivo.com, or through the Contact form.
• We return the refund using the original payment method where the payment provider makes that technically possible. If the original method cannot receive the refund, we will arrange another reasonable method with you.

A specific number of bank or card-processing days is not published here because production payment-provider settlement times have not been verified on this website. We will complete eligible refunds as soon as the payment provider allows.

What the guarantee does not silently cover

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not automatically apply to:

• Renewals after the first paid subscription period
• Later upgrades, add-ons or usage charges that are not the first paid subscription charge
• Consulting, custom development or other professional services
• Taxes we are required to remit where tax law does not allow a refund through us
• Charges made by third parties you connect (for example a messaging or advertising provider’s own fees)

Rules for overage, promotional credits, currency conversion, duplicate or failed payments, and upgrade proration are not defined as automatic refund categories in this Policy because those commercial products are not fully specified on this website. Contact us and we will handle a documented billing error in good faith.

Cancellation

You may stop using LeadArivo at any time. To cancel a paid subscription, use in-product account controls where available, or email info@LeadArivo.com, or open a ticket at the Support Center.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, unless you are exercising an eligible 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee, in which case access may end when the refund is accepted. We do not add extra cancellation interviews. After cancellation, renewal charges should not continue. How long Customer Data remains available is described in the Terms and Privacy Policy.

These Terms do not currently describe automatic renewal. If a purchase you complete later includes renewal, cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not always create a mid-cycle refund except under the Money-Back Guarantee or a billing error.

Taxes and invoices

TEAL Infotech is a proprietorship (GSTIN 03BQPPS8444C1ZM). Invoices for Indian customers may include GST where applicable. Keep billing details accurate so we can issue a proper tax invoice.
