Acceptable Use Policy

When this Policy applies

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to trial and paid LeadArivo use, including Authorized Users, APIs, integrations and Business Knowledge you configure. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

Legal and respectful use

Use LeadArivo only for lawful business purposes. Do not:

• Violate applicable law, including privacy, consumer, anti-spam, export or intellectual-property law
• Upload or transmit malware, or attack, scan or overload LeadArivo or other tenants
• Attempt unauthorized access, bypass plan limits, or reverse engineer the service except where law does not allow that restriction
• Impersonate others, commit fraud, harass or threaten people, or store illegal content
• Access another customer’s data or accounts
• Use scrapers or harvest personal data in a way that is unlawful or breaches a third-party site’s rules

Leads, messaging and marketing

LeadArivo handles leads and conversations. You are responsible for having lawful rights and permissions to collect lead data, import it, contact individuals, use connected channels and send marketing communications, and to honour unsubscribe or opt-out requests you are required to honour.

LeadArivo being available does not itself create legal permission to contact someone. You must follow applicable email, SMS, calling and messaging rules and the policies of providers you connect, including WhatsApp, Meta and similar platforms where you use them.

Do not use LeadArivo for spam or unauthorized marketing. Do not use AI-enabled features to generate content you are not allowed to send.

Sensitive data

Do not use LeadArivo as a medical record, payment-card vault or place to store unnecessary health, biometric or children’s data. Clinics & Healthcare industry configuration does not change this rule.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations, remove content that creates legal or security risk, and report unlawful activity. Report abuse to info@LeadArivo.com.
