How to Connect Your First Lead Source
Choose a supported lead source, connect it where available and start bringing lead activity into LeadArivo.
LeadArivo brings lead activity from supported sources into one workspace.
This guide shows how to configure your first source.
What you'll do
- Open Lead Source Setup.
- Choose a source.
- Finish the setup on the screen.
- Confirm that lead activity can reach LeadArivo.
01Open Lead Source Setup
Open Lead Source Setup from your LeadArivo workspace.
02Review the sources on the screen
Use the sources your workspace actually shows. Current LeadArivo source setup includes WhatsApp, Website Forms, Website Chat, Google Ads and Email.
If your screen shows a shorter list, use that list. Sources do not all support the same actions.
03Choose your source
Select the lead source you want to configure.
04Finish the connection or setup
Follow the setup flow LeadArivo provides.
Where the source asks you to authorize it, use that official flow. Do not share account passwords in a form or a chat.
05Confirm the source status
Check that the source is shown as configured or connected.
06Send a safe test enquiry
Submit a test enquiry through that source. Use demo details, not a real customer’s private information.
07Check LeadArivo
Depending on the source and the event, look in Leads and Conversations.
