Set up the essentials, connect your first lead source and understand where leads, conversations and follow-ups appear in LeadArivo.
Welcome to LeadArivo. This is a lead response and follow-up platform. Every lead gets handled, even when you are not looking.
This guide shows the main workspace, how to connect a first lead source, and where new leads, conversations and follow-ups appear.

01Sign in and look around
Open your LeadArivo workspace.
You can move between Dashboard, Conversations, Leads, Contacts, Appointments, Follow-ups, Needs Attention and Reports.
Lead Forms, AI Chat, Automations, Product Mind and Business Knowledge are part of the same workspace.
02Open Lead Source Setup
Open Lead Source Setup. This is where you choose the lead sources your business wants to use.
03Connect your first lead source
Choose one supported source and finish the setup LeadArivo shows for it.
Different sources can support different actions. Follow the flow on the screen.
04Review your Dashboard
The Dashboard is the operational view of lead activity.
Look for conversations, follow-ups, assignment and anything that still needs attention.
05Open Leads
Leads is where you review the context of a lead.
Where the lead has them, you can see the source, intent, summary, qualification, the Assignee and the Current Next Step.
06Check Needs Attention
Needs Attention brings together work that still needs a person to act or review.
How to know it worked
Your first lead source is configured, and the workspace is ready to receive lead activity.
