Keep Leads Moving with Follow-ups, Appointments and Needs Attention
Schedule the work that should happen next and keep overdue or human-required actions visible.
Follow-ups, appointments and attention items keep the next piece of work on the lead, instead of in someone’s memory.
What you'll do
- Create a follow-up on the right lead.
- Save an appointment with the details the form asks for.
- Use Needs Attention for work that still needs a person.
