Add LeadArivo AI Chat to Your Website
Create an AI Chat experience, configure it for your website and bring visitor conversations into LeadArivo.
AI Chat is a website conversation that brings a visitor enquiry into LeadArivo. It is not a second inbox.
What you'll do
- Create an AI Chat.
- Set the greeting and website details the screen offers.
- Publish it with the install instructions shown.
- Confirm a test message appears in Conversations.
01Open AI Chat
Open AI Chat from the LeadArivo workspace.
02Create a new chat
Choose the option to create a new AI Chat.
03Set the greeting
Add the greeting and the other settings the screen includes.
04Set the website
If the screen asks for a website or domain, enter the site where this chat will appear.
05Preview the chat
If a preview is available, read the visitor experience before you publish.
06Publish
Publish the AI Chat when the greeting and site settings look right.
07Add it to your website
Use the embed instructions LeadArivo shows for this chat.
08Send a test message
Send a short visitor enquiry with demo wording.
09Open Conversations
The test message should appear in Conversations, on the same lead journey as your other enquiries.

How to know it worked
The chat is on the site you configured, and the test message appears in LeadArivo.
