Create Your First LeadArivo Automation
Automate repetitive lead-handling work such as assignment, follow-up creation and team notifications.
Automations handle repeatable situations so the team does not have to remember every step.
What you'll do
- Open Automations.
- Start from a situation the screen offers.
- Choose a supported action, such as assignment, a follow-up or a team notification.
- Save it, then publish or enable it and test the result.
01Open Automations
Open Automations in your LeadArivo workspace.
02Choose a starting point
Use a starting point the screen offers.
A current example is a lead that has no Assignee. If your screen lists other situations, you can start from one of those instead.
03Name the automation
Give it a clear working name, such as “Notify the team when a lead has no Assignee.”
04Say what it should do
Decide the outcome before you add actions. For example: tell a manager when a lead is still unassigned.
05Set when it should run
Use the trigger and condition controls on the screen. Do not add a condition the screen does not offer.
06Choose a supported action
Supported actions include assigning a lead, creating a follow-up and notifying the team.
Do not expect the automation to message the customer on its own.
07Save it first
Save the automation before you turn it on. A draft should not run.
08Review the setup
Read the name, the situation and the action once more.
09Publish or enable it
Use the publish or enable control on that screen. Use the label the product shows.
10Test it
Use a controlled example, such as a demo lead with no Assignee, and check that the expected action or attention item appears.
Important
How to know it worked
The automation responds to the situation you configured, and the action or attention item appears truthfully.
